Extracted using traditional wooden kolhus at low temperatures, our groundnut oil retains natural nutrients, aroma, and flavor. Rich in Vitamin E and monounsaturated fats, it promotes heart health, improves skin, and is perfect for Indian cooking and deep-frying.
Cold Press Oils (Unrefined)
Kachi Ghani Method:
We begin by carefully selecting high-quality oil seeds from various states where they are grown naturally. Once transported, these seeds are kept in storage for 2–3 days to allow any excess moisture to release naturally.
After this process, the seeds are ready to be transferred to the cold press (Kachi Ghani) machine. This machine is made from traditional Indian woods that are durable and help regulate the temperature and pressure during extraction.
Importantly, we do not use any chemicals or palm oil to artificially increase the oil yield. The oils extracted through this method are 100% pure and unrefined, retaining all their natural nutrients and aroma, since the cold press method does not involve heat.
Note:
After extraction, the oil is allowed to settle naturally for 72 hours for impurities to separate—no artificial refining is done.
